This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) is intended for persons who use the Company’s services, visit the Company’s website www.worknos.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website) or social media accounts, contact the Company by phone, e-mail or directly visit the Company’s office.

The Privacy Policy establishes and defines the purposes and procedure for processing and collecting personal data, the scope of personal data collected and informs Data Subjects about their rights.

  • to ensure that other persons can provide essential services necessary for the Company’s operations, e.g. to providers of technical services and cloud computing services, providers of accounting services;

Scope of managed data

In order to achieve the above-mentioned purposes, we may process the following data: your name, surname, date of birth, address, education, experience, profession, work experience, personal and other characteristics, e-mail address, telephone number, information about your communication with us and the employer, your assessment results, etc.

Private customer data will not be collected using cookies as a means of data collection unless the individual has consented to such data collection.

Upon request by the person, the Company will delete all versions of files containing personal data, if there is no legal interest or obligation to store them.
